The property comprises approximately 1,970 hectares, strategically positioned along the Brand Highway between Perth (approximately 210 km) and Geraldton (approximately 158 km), providing efficient access to key transport and export infrastructure.

Feedlot Operations

The Erim Downs feedlot is designed for intensive cattle finishing and efficient livestock management.

The operation has a licensed capacity of up to 12,000 head of cattle, supported by structured feeding programs and well-managed infrastructure to ensure consistent performance and weight gain.

In addition to feedlot operations, the property also supports grazing activities, enabling flexible livestock management across different production stages.
